About Sarah Olney
Elected in December 2016, Sarah was the first candidate to receive More United support, having been overwhelmingly voted for by the members. She has stood by her campaign promises, opposing Heathrow expansion and calling a Parliamentary debate on the topic, and representing the views of her constituents in voting against Article 50. She has spoken out against cuts to school funding and stood firm on the need to tackle air pollution.
Sarah’s by-election victory was monumental, overturning Zac Goldsmith’s mammoth 23,015 majority. However, with Zac standing against her, Sarah’s majority of just 1900 is far from safe.
